TEN Worldwide is often one of the first stepping stones for EITI graduates to continue shifting into the mandate of pouring out and impacting their regions. TEN is lead and directed by the TEN Leadership Team: Apsotle Katrina R. Carter (TEN Team Director, TEN Dance and TEN Chorgeo), Min. Nicole Ellis (TEN Drama and TEN Mime), and Min. Fran Harris (TEN Flags and TEN Pageantry). TEN Worldwide is founded by Apostle Dr. Pamela Hardy, and is an extension of Eagles Interantional Training Intstitute.
TEN State Coordinators Agreement:
• Must submit renewal applications annually and be pre-approved
• Are for states that have 2 or more TEN sites
• Are to organize and orchestrate at least 1 fellowships/gatherings for the TEN Eagles in that particular state (Eagles not involved with TEN are welcome to participate), and provide a summary of the fellowship via email to the TEN Regional Coordinator and TEN Director
• Visit the TEN sites in your area at least one time during the year
• Complete the 10 month commitment
• Host at least 2 Conference Calls with the individual TEN sites in your state, to help foster excellence and unity and keep in-touch with the TEN leaders in your state as a support and guide.
• Share any difficulties, challenges and successes with your TEN Regional Coordinator. But the TEN Director is still always available to you via phone, text, or email.
• Remain accountable to your TEN Regional Coordinator and with the TEN Director giving your active support to TEN Worldwide
• As TEN State Coordinators you are still a support for the TEN sites in your specific area, either as a Leader/Teacher
TEN Leaders Agreement
• Must submit renewal applications annually and be pre-approved
• Are the one’s primarily responsible for completing and turning in an electronic and hard copy of required TEN reports after each module (Teachers and Assistants can assist in this area also)
• Are primarily responsible for the schedule, structure, organization, and advertising of their TEN
• Are responsible for implementing any and all required programs, outreach assignments, and or requests
• Must also be open to operating in all areas as needed in order to host successful modules
• Ensure the TEN teachers and assistants turn in required paperwork to the TEN Director as requested
• Remain in-touch and accountable with your TEN Regional Coordinator and share any changes with your coordinator regarding your site as soon as possible or you will no longer be allowed to function within TEN
• WILL NOT DUPLICATE THE TEN LEADERS MANUAL OR GIVE TO ANYONE
• Be part of events scheduled by TEN State Coordinators
• Be part of debriefing calls with the TEN Director and actively support changes and growth
• TEN Leaders are also teachers and are expected to teach at least 1 main topic during at least 1-2 modules and complete the 10month commitment for the year signed
• Must be on time, wearing clean and pressed garments every module
• Must host a local graduation annually for your graduates, unless there is a pre-approved exception for your site
• Must complete the entire year of TEN (all 5 modules)
TEN Teachers Agreement
• Must submit renewal application annually and be pre-approved
• Remain accountable to the TEN Director and their TEN Leaders
• Prepare and provide teachings for TEN students that are fresh and creative
• Assist TEN Leaders with developing teamwork and camaraderie
• Assist with the overall flow of each TEN
• Bring any issues or concerns to the TEN Leaders
• Follow schedule provided by TEN Leaders
• Remain accountable to TEN Director and actively support the growth of TEN
• Sign up to lead at least 1 TEN Prayer Watch
• Must have handouts for all of the teachings that are done
• Must be on time, always wearing clean and pressed garments
TEN Assistants Agreement
• Must submit renewal application annually and be pre-approved
• Are to only assist with each module not teach, assisting includes; helping with handouts, opening/closing in prayer, icebreakers, set-up, clean-up, registration, collecting feedback forms, supplies, refreshments, demonstration etc.
• Follow and support the TEN schedule as set by the TEN Leader
• Provide support for TEN Leaders and especially the Teachers for the upcoming module
• Signup to lead at least 1 TEN Prayer Watch
• Remain accountable to TEN Director and actively support the growth of TEN
• Must be on time, wearing clean and pressed garments every module
