Apostle Dr. Pamela Hardy is an ordained minister, a preacher/teacher of the Word of God. She received a Master of Fine Arts degree and a Doctor of Ministry degree from FICU in Merced, California. Pamela has danced on Broadway in New York City and performed in national and regional touring productions.
Dr. Hardy travels throughout the United States and abroad. God has sent her to over 23 countries, including Scotland, Germany, Nicaragua, Panama, Ecuador, South Africa, Israel, Malaysia, England, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Suriname, Fiji, Holland, Korea, Bolivia, and throughout the Caribbean. Apostle Katrina has served in the mountain of Early Childhood Education for over 15 years. She is currently a Quality Program Specialist for the Southwest Ohio Region. 4C for Children; a child care resource and referral network.

Dr. Francine Harris resides in Country Club Hills Illinois. Married for 31 years to Clarence Harris. Mother of three and 8 grandchildren. Member of Freedom Church Ministry Inc. in Lansing Illinois. Coordinator and leader of the Liturgical Dance and Flag Ministry for 23 years.
Founder of Worship In Motion Ministry, teaching the biblical aspect of dance. Ordained Minister through Word and Worship Ministries International. Licensed Minister of Dance. Doctor of Divinity. A Registered Nurse for the past 39 years, specializing in intensive care and working with handicapped adults.

Apostle Vanessa Slater is a native of Cincinnati, OH. Vanessa is the mother of three adult children. She is the grandmother of two young adult granddaughters.
She has enjoyed the work of the mission fields of both Haiti and Kenya for several years. Vanessa is multifaceted and brings to the artistic ministry various gifts such as playwright, director, published poet, a promising author, and founder of W.O.M.B. Drama Ministries. Vanessa served 27 years as an entrepreneur in the W.O.M.B. Child Care.

Tiffany Moore Palmer resides in Aiken, South Carolina where she is a proud wife and the mother of two beautiful daughters. Tiffany’s profession is as a Career Specialist with Aiken County Schools. Tiffany also has the privilege of working as the Traffic Manager at WAAW Shout 94.7FM, also in Aiken, South Carolina.
Minister Leslie Billups
TEN Worldwide Mime Director
Minister Leslie Billups currently resides in Gloucester, Virginia with her amazing husband of 20yrs and three talented and anointed children.
She has been involved in the dance ministry for 21 years, where she began dancing in July 2000 with Harmonious Voices for Christ Praise Dance Company, under the leadership of Co-Pastor Alicia Dudley, where she currently serves as the Team Administrator.
Although she became interested in the ministry of Mime in 2008, it was not until 2010 that she began to truly accept the Call that God has placed in her life.
Leslie decided to move on and further her studies of the Worship and Arts Movement in October 2013 by completing several courses through Eagles International Training Institute. Leslie is a 2017 graduate of the EITI Mime Year 1 Course. She currently serves as the Mime Instructor for the Mime Year 1 & Year 2 Courses under the Eagles International Training Institute. She also serves as the TEN (The Eagles Network) Mime Director, TEN Regional and State Leader, as well as TEN Mime Site Leader.
Education: Leslie obtained her Associate of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Kaplan University in December 2010, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education & Special Education from Grand Canyon University in April 2016.
Personal/Business: Leslie is the proud founder of various entities to include being a new small business owner of LB’s Locs and Braids. She is also a Senior Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts and daily expanding her mind in entrepreneurship.
But above all these things, Leslie has been blessed and favored with a few of the many blessings that God has in store for her. She believes and continues to have Faith that God will give her total healing and all the desires of her heart. Leslie’s favorite scripture is:

Kay-Linda Richardson
TEN Worldwide Worship Director
Kay-Linda Richardson is a passionate and radical worshiper and has been leading worship for over 20 years. She is from the beautiful British Virgin Islands and is currently a worship leader and former director of Family Life Fellowship Ministry at the New Life Baptist Church in the British Virgin Islands, where the Senior Pastor is Bishop John Ivan Cline. She is also the Training and Development Director of the Praise Team at the Emmanuel Baptist Church, a subsidiary of the New Life, where the Senior Pastor is Gregory Smith. She has a powerful testimony of how God saved her son’s life after an almost fatal car accident left him with a severe traumatic brain injury in 2018, while in the middle of her School of Worship Year 2 studies with EITI and how EITI had already impacted her life so much and prepared her since 2017 to survive this attack on her firstborn.
Mrs. Richardson is the Senior Officer/Manager of MMG Trust (BVI) Corp., a trust company in the BVI where she has worked for the past 30 years. She holds a Diploma in Management with the Chartered Management Institute of the UK and a Level 4 Certificate at distinction level in International Finance and Administration with The Chartered Governance Institute UK.
She is a graduate of EITI’s School of Worship (SOW) Year 1 (2017) and Year 2 (2019). She was also a SOW Year 1 mentor in 2019. She graduated in October 2020 from the Prophetic Psalmist Year 1 and KAMT BVI courses and currently serves as Director of TEN WORSHIP, a new course offered in 2021 by The Eagles Network (TEN).
Mrs. Richardson is happily married to Thomas Richardson for the past 27 years and together their union has produced three handsome and talented sons Kenyatta, T’Shaun, and Thomas Jr. Richardson, and one adorable granddaughter Kaylee Grace.
Dr. France A. Neff

France A. Neff is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Coach, Author, and Dance Minister. France appreciates the arts and incorporates the arts in her work when appropriate. She enjoys teaching, coaching; counseling; and helping others find their passion. France adapts easily in any environment, establishes rapport quickly, stays calm in situations, and makes ethical judgments.
France is married, has two children and two grandchildren. She is the President and CEO of a transitional housing program for families experiencing homelessness. She serves with passion and commitment to helping each
parent develop the skills to create a stable environment for themselves and their children so that both parent and children can reach their full potential. France believes that we can all reach our full potential with a little bit of guidance and encouragement.

Eagle Jacqueline Bertinus-Duhaney, TEN Worldwide International Director
Jacqueline Bertinus- Duhaney is a native of the beautiful Island of Jamaica, Jacqueline now works and resides in the Netherlands with her husband Arthur and daughter Daniella.
An administrator by profession with over 35 years of experience, she enjoys finding solutions and keeping things coordinated.
Her involvement in the ministry of dance began in the 80s under the tutelage of Mrs. Dawn Samuels-Walker and Mrs. Cynthia (Pat) Noble (founder of CDA of Jamaica).
She was also part of the dance ministry at her local church in Kingston, Jamaica. Her hobbies are reading, dancing, walking, and listening to music.
A graduate of the Eagles International Training Institute – EITI Dance Yr. 1 and Yr. 2, Choregeo Yr. 1, IPC Yr. 1 and Yr. 2 and SOW Yr. 1. She is actively involved in TEN Int’l Netherlands as a leader and teacher. She is part of the Shekinah Worship Dance Institute and the ministry team “HEAT” (Holland Eagles Apostolic Team).
Her heart desires to honor God in worship and reach people for the Kingdom, particularly hurting, abused, and abandoned women, to see them restored to their rightful place/inheritance as “Royalty” in the Kingdom of God.
“It’s an invigorating experience, and I enjoy being part of what the Lord is doing. In this environment, I have been encouraged and challenged, and I look forward to what God has planned; my prayer is that He will continue to increase the passion He has placed within me so that the fire will ignite others. He has allowed me to be a blessing not only in my birth nation, but He has plans that go far beyond my comprehension”.

Elder Consuelo Gaines – TEN Now Gen Director
Elder Consuelo Gaines was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She has taught and administered at elementary schools in the Chicago Public Schools for almost three decades.
Gaines accepted the Lord in 1988 and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues in 1989. She began her journey into the fulfillment of God’s call to ministry in 1991 and has served in ministry ever since.
Gaines was licensed for missions in 1999 and began speaking and teaching more frequently at her home church as well as at other fellowship ministries.
She has acted as mistress of ceremonies for various church programs at her home church and abroad. She was ordained as a licensed minister of the Gospel in 2008, continuing ministry work and Bible teaching.
Gaines became a member of her current local Body of Believers in 2009. There she attended ministry and leadership training classes and was ordained as a church elder that year. Elder Gaines currently works on the ministry advisory staff, in the children’s church ministry, in dance ministry, and in Christian education ministries. She attends leadership classes at T.O.D. Bible Institute. She also ministers at the Bible Institute as an instructor, curriculum designer, and as assistant to the Dean of the Bible College.
Elder Gaines has been lauded both in ministry and in her secular profession. She has won multiple teaching awards and many grants for Chicago Public School students. She was the recipient of the nationally recognized 2007 Jones New York In The Classroom Teacher Makeover Award. Her testimonies of God’s goodness and blessings have been featured in various publications of her partner ministries. In February 2010, her testimony was featured on the international “Believer’s Voice of Victory Broadcast” of Kenneth Copeland Ministries (https://youtu.be/1dQgaOZqsQQ ).
Elder Gaines began the study of dance ministry in 2016 with The Eagles Network (T.E.N.) Worldwide and Eagles International Training Institute (EITI). She completed a license in dance ministry in 2017 and continues further study with EITI. She endeavors to remain humble yet bold and to be a doer of the Word of God as well as a hearer (James 1:22).
Minister Sentheia McCloud EITI/TEN USA State Director
Minister Sentheia McLeod gave her life to the Lord at age eight. A native of Canton, Ohio, she is a minister, teacher, dancer, and author. She moved to New Jersey to pursue her college career. Since then, she has received her dual degree as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Early Childhood Education and a Master of Arts in Advanced Curriculum and Teaching.
While Sentheia continues to teach and has served as a master teacher and lead educator for the past 21 years, she has also committed her life to service for God’s Kingdom here on earth. She is a member of Cathedral International (the Historic Second Baptist Church) of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. In 2001, she answered her call to dance ministry and currently serves as Director of Dance Ministry. Sentheia answered her call and was licensed to preach the Gospel in 2013 by her pastor, Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr.
Soon after she graduated from Drew Theological Seminary in 2016 with an M.A in Worship and Liturgical Arts. Her seminary experience led her to serve as a dance liaison and a Peace Ambassador for various peace initiatives at the United Nations (Annual International Day of Peace, Women’s Rights, Gun Violence Awareness). She completed her Internship at the Church Center for the United Nations, where she gathered children and worshippers to share the gospel through dance and spoken word.
With a desire to answer the next call in her life, Sentheia graduated from EITI Dance Year 1 and received her Dance Minister’s License in 2016. She was ordained Pastor in 2018. Sentheia is also a graduate of The Eagles Network (TEN). She currently serves in EITI/TEN as an administrator and USA Director and as a TEN Team Leader. She is an appointed ambassador to the nations of Suriname and England.
Above all these earthly accomplishments, Min. Sentheia McLeod is a fervent and lifelong worshiper of God, who loves the Lord and the Lord’s people! She counts it an extreme honor to be called to serve in the Kingdom for such a time as this. Min. Sentheia McLeod’s life mission is supported by two of her favorite scriptures: Genesis 50:20 and Isaiah 61.
